Peter Voong, D.O. earned his medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine. He graduated from U.C. Santa Barbara with two Bachelor's degrees in Biological Sciences (B.S.) and Psychology (B.A.). Throughout his career, he has worked with multiple organizations to help inform prevention approaches and treatment of chronic health conditions where behaviors and socioeconomic factors exert a strong influence on health outcomes. He has been involved in many different healthcare settings ranging from inpatient medicine, outpatient care, public policy and advocacy, public health, culinary medicine teaching the community about nutrition and food, community medicine working with the underserved and homeless population, and global medicine working with health care organizations in Chile, Peru, and Honduras. Dr. Voong is a resident at the University of Nevada, Reno - School of Medicine.
